MY fitness philosophy

My approach is built on the belief that the kind of exercise that will get you fit for life is exercise that is:

Enjoyable

Though exercise will be challenging, it doesn't need to be miserable! Finding ways to exercise that you actually enjoy is the secret to achieving fitness that lasts a lifetime.

Functional

Functional exercises are ones that equip you for real world challenges like safely lifting heavy boxes or keeping up with your kids, rather than just making you better at exercise!

Combined

...with also managing lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, stress and daily movement. Taking a holistic view of your health and fitness will maximise the benefit of the exercise you do.
