I'm a certified and experienced personal trainer based in Bristol and whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, get stronger or just generally feel better, I can help you achieve it!

I offer individually tailored one to one or small group training sessions in person out of my home gym or at a location that's convenient for you. My goal is to introduce you to ways of exercising that you'll actually enjoy, and to equip you with the knowledge and skills to get fit and stay fit for life!

About me

My first career in the Royal Marines pushed my own physical fitness to the limit. After a serious injury in Afghanistan I spent years gradually rebuilding my confidence, strength and fitness. During this time I learnt about the power of exercise to heal and strengthen the mind as well as the body. After leaving the Royal Marines in 2010 I spent several years training and working in local church ministry, before also qualifying as a PT in 2018. With a young family of my own, I know how hard it can be to keep on top of your diet and fitness alongside a busy work and family life, but I love using my wide range of experiences to help people like you to do just that!
